Welcome to Lakeshore Dirt Riders Motorcycle ClubLDRMC is an incorporated non-profit organization that began motocross racing in the late 70's. The club also offers annual riding schools to teach safety, maintenance, and riding techniques, suitable for every riding ability and any age range from 3 years and up. Protective safety equipment must be worn - helmet, over-ankle boots, long pants, long sleeve shirts and goggles, and recommended is a kidney belt. Family involvement is stressed. The club has various tracks throughout Northumberland County on member-owned properties. They hold an annual charity race and inter-club events with several other motorcycle clubs in southern Ontario. LDRMC promotes safe riding rules, and first aid is present at all events. A banquet is held in the fall with dinner, dance and award presentations. - Posted: January 1
